Break Free, Move Forward
Do you ever feel like you’re reliving the same day over and over again—like in Groundhog Day?
You want to change. You know you’re capable. But no matter what you try, you end up back in the same frustrating cycle.
If you have ADHD, this may feel painfully familiar. Many adults with ADHD—people with immense talent and insight—struggle to break free on their own. Over time, the cycle can lead to self-doubt, shame, overwhelm, frustration, and even despair.
I know how exhausting that experience can be. And I also know that real change is possible.
I specialize in helping adults with ADHD understand the patterns that keep them stuck and build a new relationship with themselves. My approach blends compassion with practical tools so you can strengthen confidence, shift long-standing patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
You are an active participant in this work. If you’re willing to show up for yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you. Together, we’ll find a way forward that feels both possible and sustainable.
If you’re ready to say “yes” to yourself, I typically recommend beginning with 4–8 weeks of weekly sessions to build a strong foundation for growth.
